2nd submitted item this week, and one of the rare firearms that I have done. The last commission was also a three barrel so I tried to keep the style separate from both that and the CR pistols.
Submitted by ArmegeddonCraft, this is a scaled back version of a character pistol. Originally with 3 charges per barrel that recharged on the hour, this is a simplified take. Removing the need for charges and typing the main constraint to reloading, which depending on the firearm rules you use can change quite a bit.

Description:
Known for its origin as a successful prototype, this weapon consists of delicate and exotic metals crafted into an elegant but crude form accented by the large tooth, helping to form its handle. The unique feature of three distinct barrels, each engraved with a unique phrase (Steel, Sleet, Shock), add an element of mystery to the design.
Tabs:
- This weapon holds 5 shots to expend before it needs to Reload.
- This weapon holds three barrels, each of which has a different effect. The user must declare which barrel they are using before the Attack Roll is made.
- Steel: Use of this barrel grants the user a +1 to Attack and Damage Rolls.
- Sleet: Use of this barrel grants the attack an extra 1d6 Cold damage.
- Shock: Use of this barrel grants the attack an extra 1d6 Lightning damage.
- Due to the delicate nature of the enchantments, Sleet and Shock can only be used once between each Reload.
