Inquisitor's Visage: One-Side.

I am back! This one had a few inspirations, but I think the core imagery came from wanting to hide away from daylight while recovering from being sun crispy.
I really enjoy a good creepy mask that’s meant to, well not be creepy. This is a play on that, originally this was to be an Uncommon with only the Insight perks but I decided to take it a step farther. I enjoy the idea of an emissary that travels out of sight and is hard to keep tabs on.

Updates: Color Change! I wanted it to be more purple, and I brought the bandages in alignment with it.

Description:
These cowl masks have been revered from centuries, as a staple of the Inquisition. Worn by their agents abroad, they are rarely found in the hands of outsiders. Concealing the identity of the user, the iconic mask rests over a layering of humble bandages offset by a regal purple mantle decorated in molten silver. One should be wary of use without permission, lest they draw the Inquisition’s eye.
Tabs:
- The wearer’s identity is magically obscured by this cowl and mask, until removal.
- While worn, the user is hidden from Divination Magic. They cannot be targeted by such magic or perceived through magical scrying sensors.
- Inquisitor’s Eye: The user gains a +5 bonus to Wisdom (Insight) checks and Wisdom checks made to discern falsehoods or motives.
