This was a stellar submission by our pal and editor Nikoloz! While it underwent a lot of changes, it still at its core was inspired directly by them.
This one was an amazing submission, originally intended as a CHA bonus for a bare individual, which in itself is genius. I couldn’t help but think of it as the ability to replace AC with Charisma, which could get out of hand easily. Having it swap with Dexterity seemed the next natural choice. Something utterly simple but adds an entire new aspect to play.
Thoughts welcome, this is a new mechanic. By all means, try and break it. It helps immensely!

Description:
These robes were said to be gifted by a goddess to her priestesses and followers. As beacons of unique craft, their rare metals and fabric sway like the tides with the pull of the moon, reflecting nebulas and distant stars within their shadows. A common belief is that the threads themselves are made of moonlight, allowing the user an unearthly grace based solely on their force of character.
