Written by SteeleBlazer
The night was dark and dreary and Lois was alone and shouting for Superman’s help. He swooped down from the skies to rescue her, only she wasn’t happy to see him. She just started screaming and yelling at him that he was no hero. He didn’t know what he had done to anger her, he tried to explain to her, he tried to calm her. But, she just kept yelling at him, about how he’d failed her.
As Superman stood next to Lois, begging for forgiveness, she looked at him with a mean expression. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a huge chunk of kryptonite, holding it up in front of him.
Superman's body immediately began to feel weak, and he stumbled and staggered as his legs weakened. Lois sneered at him and slapped him across the face, causing him to cry out in pain, and force of the slap sent him tumbling to the ground
Desperate to save himself, Superman used his heat vision to try to melt the kryptonite. But, to his surprise, it only turned red and the tingling sensation in his body grew stronger.
As he watched, Lois began to grow huge muscles, her clothes straining to contain them. She flexed her biceps and they burst through and shredded the sleeves of her shirt. She kept growing bigger and bigger and as she did so she laughed at Superman's weakness.
"What's wrong, Superman?" she taunted. "Don't you like what you see?"
Superman's super suit became baggy on him as he shrank, his muscles wasting away. Lois continued to grow larger and more powerful, her muscles rippling and pulsing with strength.
She reached down and picked him up with ease, holding him in front of her face. "You're nothing without your powers," she sneered.
Superman trembled in fear, begging for mercy. But Lois was in no mood to show him any kindness. She threw him to the ground and began to batter him with stomps and kicks. She even grabbed his arms and twisted them in various wrenching wrestling holds; it seems she was ken on wanting to inflict as much damage as possible.
She lifted him up in a bodyslam, slamming him down with bone-breaking force. She then stomped in the small of his back and grabbed his arms. He screamed in pain as she pulled his arms towards her, while still keeping her leg on his back. Again and again she pulled on his skinny frail arms, and all he could do was scream, as she delighted in wrenching them out of place.
"Please, Lois," he begged. "Stop, I can't take it anymore."
But Lois only laughed at his weakness, continuing to dominate him and show off her muscular might. She was in complete control, and he was terrified of her.
As Lois continued to dominate Superman, she grabbed him in a bearhug, her powerful arms crushing his ribs. He gasped for air, feeling like his bones break, beneath the might of thick beefy arms.
Lois chuckled and lifted him off the ground, holding him in front of her face. "You're so weak, Superman," she sneered.
She then punched him with an uppercut, sending him flying into the air. She continued right after him as she flew alongside him, quickly overtaking him and then punching him again, this time sending him crashing back to the ground, causing a huge crater where he landed.
Laughing, Lois flew down and picked him up out of the crater. She stretched him out above her head and then slammed him down onto her wide, burly shoulders.
Superman felt a sharp pain in his back and he cried out in agony. His cries only seemed to goad her on as Lois then put him in a headlock and began to squeeze. Her bulging biceps smashed into his face and neck over and over again, as she just kept on squeezing and squeezing. Her power was so terrible that she was making his head feel like it was going to pop off. Still she kept on squeezing and crushing him in that brutal headlock.
The world started to go dark for Superman as he struggled to breathe. All he could hear was Lois's laughter filling his ears.
Suddenly, he woke up in bed, drenched in sweat. It had all been just a nightmare.
As Superman sat up, he was shocked to feel a burly arm grab him from behind and pull him into a tight hug. He heard Lois's voice, kissing him on the neck and asking him what was wrong.
"It was just a nightmare," Superman managed to gasp out, struggling to breathe under the crushing embrace of Lois's powerful arms.
Lois squeezed him again, gently this time, but it still knocked the wind out of him. He looked over at her and saw her great big muscles. She had been transformed by the same accident that had weakened him.
“I’m fine really Lois, it was just a bad dream.” He told her.
Despite his reassurance, Lois squeezed him even tighter, causing him to groan a little. She was much stronger than he was now, thanks to the accident that had weakened him and transferred most of his powers to her.
As he lay there, trapped in Lois's embrace, Superman couldn't help but feel a conflicting mixture of emotions. Part of him still saw himself as the great superhero, the Man of Steel, but he knew deep down that he wasn't anymore. Sure, he was still a hero... Well, more of a sidekick now. He was Lois's sidekick and everything just seemed so strange now that Lois was bigger and stronger than him now. But, he still loved her, and he would always want to protect her... Even if she no longer needed him to.
Despite this, he couldn't help but feel a tinge of jealousy and regret. He missed his powers and the feeling of invincibility that came with them. But he knew that he couldn't turn back time and undo the accident. Nor would he want to, he had saved Lois after all, even at the cost of some of his powers. And as she gave him another of her loving squeezes, he corrected himself as he let out another tiny groan and had to admit she got most of his powers. All he could do was accept his new role as Lois's sidekick and support her as she continued to protect the world.
Lois finally released him from her crushing hug, and he lay there, panting and trying to catch his breath. He looked over at her and saw the determination and strength in her eyes. He knew that she would always protect him, and he vowed to always stand by her side.
Lois had proved to be more than capable of picking up the slack. She might even be stronger than he was, and a better superhero. Superman sighed again, but he knew that he loved her and if he was now her sidekick, at least he knew she would be safe and would protect him just like he had protected her.
As Lois kissed Superman, she got up and walked over to the window, naked. Superman couldn't help but think about how beautiful she was, with her muscular body and powerful muscles. He admired her in awe, marveling at her strength and grace.
"Where are you going?" Superman asked her, as she stood at the window, looking out at the city.
"I'm going on patrol," Lois told him, with a smile. She did a quick spin and in whirlwind of movement she put on her super suit using her super speed. Her super suit was just like his old suit but with no legs or arms.
Superman remembered the first time she had gone out on patrol, wearing one of his old suits. She had been so much bigger and more muscular than him that she had ripped out of both the legs and the arms of the suit. He remembered seeing the photo that had made headlines around the world, of her holding up four bank robbers in her arms, two in each arm, their feet dangling as she grinned at the camera. He couldn't help but think, "That was my suit. She's letting the world know: look out, there's a bigger, better superhero in town."
"Do you want me to come with you?" Superman asked Lois, as she adjusted her cape and prepared to fly out the window.
"No, you need to rest," Lois told him, with a gentle smile. "I'll see you for breakfast. Go back to sleep."
With that, Superman fell back asleep, his mind filled with thoughts of how different things were now. He missed his powers and the way things used to be, namely he remembered he was the one who only needed a few hours of sleep and always went on patrol in the middle of the night. Now he needed a full night's sleep and it was such a strange thing to get used to, sleeping eight hours a day. He wished things could still be how they used to be, but he knew that he couldn't change the past. He would always support and love Lois, no matter what.
