Only patreons who are still active at the start of the month qualify.
I don't know who the artist will be. Most likely it will be dracowhip. He'll need to finish up Super Spies 4 before he will begin on that, but that shouldn't be an issue.
Other months will have other artists.
If you haven't voted for next months theme, make sure you do so.
