True they don't have those of the Faith of the Seven but my brain just changes it out for a governess. But the story overall is great!

Didn't know that Maesters were allowed such extensive collections upon swearing their vows. Also to mention, again, and others have also commented on it so I'm confused as to why you are sticking it out.. But the North do not have Septas, Septons or the Faith. Except White Harbor and the Whitehills. Your insistence of pointing out Alys has a Septa every chapter she's in is really just destroying this immersion.
