If you focused on one thing at once you would get more done, but instead you are just creating many drafts. If you look at someone like NIUR, he works on one skin at once and gets it done before creating another one and he is much more successful. You have not created a character mod in a long time, and the last few mods you made were just drawings, so this is why I am disappointed. I think you should take inspiration from NIUR, he does good work.
