12月の御礼とか　Thank you for December

今年もよろしくお願いします。

年明け一週間は数ヶ月ぶりの休日だったのですが、そのほとんどはコミケの後片付けと本の配送、溜まった家の雑務で消費されました。

実家にはいつも帰れません。

あぁ、親不孝。

僕は今年の目標の一つにミニ四駆の公式大会の優勝を密かに掲げており、今年こそはガチ目にミニ四駆するぞ！とりあえずレースには全部出よう。

と思っていたのですが、なんと年明け一発目のレースは1月15日。

しまった。そうだ、ミニ四駆は本来シーズンごとにレースがあるんだ。

コロナ期間が長かったので忘れてた。

正月に3日ほどかけてマシン作りに奔走したものの、たった3日程度ではとても完成せず。

だいたい今月はメガストアの原稿がある。

無理である。

レース自体は来月もあるのだけれど、ミニ四駆のレースは試行回数ゲーなので、参加時期が遅れれば遅れるほど不利になる。

いきなり出鼻をくじかれてはやくもやる気が・・・まあ、ミニ四駆のやる気なんて減ったところでどうという事もないのですが。

そんなことよりメガストアで連載が始まったレイカさんですが、アンケ断トツ1位だそうです。

よかったよかった、方向性に悩んだかいがあったというもの。

ただ、結果を聞かされて次回のハードルが（精神的に）上がりますね。

次回のネーム？ははっ！今書いてるところっ！

3連続エロ原稿は…何かで自分を鼓舞してやらんとメンタルが保たないぞい。

でもがんばります。

新刊のBOOTH通販とおまけ本の公開はこの連休中に行う予定です。

The first week of the new year was my first holiday in months!

However, most of it was consumed by cleaning up after Comiket, book deliveries, and miscellaneous house chores that have accumulated.

I always can't go back to my parents' house on New Year's Day.

Ah, filial piety.

Well.

I set a secret goal for this year.

One of them is to win an official mini 4WD competition.

I was thinking, "This is the year I'm going to get serious about mini 4WD!

To achieve this goal, I was planning to participate in all the races as much as possible.

However, the first race of the new year was on January 15.

Oh no.

Mini 4WD originally has a race every season.

I had forgotten about that because of the long period of race cancellations due to COVID19.

I spent three days on New Year's Day working on the machine, but it is very difficult to complete it in just three days.

Making mini 4WD takes time.

To begin with, I have a manuscript for Megastore coming up this month.

In other words, it is an impossible schedule from the beginning.

There is another race next month, but the more we delay our participation, the more disadvantageous it will be because the number of attempts is an important factor in mini 4WD races.

I was suddenly knocked out of the race, and my motivation was greatly reduced.

Well, it doesn't matter if my motivation for mini 4WD has decreased.

But that's not the point.

I heard that {Reika is a my splendid queen }, which has started serialization in Megastore, was ranked number one by far in the readers' survey.

Good news.

All the effort I put into it has paid off.

I guess everyone likes Reika.

Thank you, thank you.

However, being told of the result has raised the bar for the next installment.

What's the next manuscript about, you say?

Don't ask me, of course not, I just started drawing it!

To draw three consecutive erotic manga manuscripts, I have to cheer myself up with something to keep my mentality up.

But I'll do my best.

The mail order of the new book and the release of the extra book will be done during this holiday.
