2024 Content Challenge!

I wanted to offer everyone a challenge. And I know this is going to be a challenge… becaue I didn’t make it easy.

But don’t worry! because I’m going to do this alongside you giving you instructions every month!

If you are serious about making a year worth of content, and seeing where this goes for you… This is the place to start.

I have created three previous post containing all the “holidays“ that I normally go off of, both national for the USA, as well as my personal favorites (Hoe-Calendar). I am going to be using those list to create content for an entire year. Now there are a few things you’re going to need to prepare before you start this challenge… So I wanted to post this a few days before the end of the year to get you started on the right right foot.

Take a look at those calendars, specifically for the prep time needed for each holiday starting in January & Feb. Collect supplies and things you will need to create these photos, explicit content, or even just the safe for work content.

I’m not gonna lie to you, this is going to be challenging even for me. But I’m going to show you step-by-step how to complete this challenge. If you mess up… Don’t worry about it, just keep going. I know I added a lot of extra holidays and you don’t have to do every single one of them.

Hoe-homework: check out the calendar and see what holidays you want to opt into. Start small and look at January

✨January✨

Biggest Holiday/celebration: New Years Day! (Make a simple post since it’s today. Decide on a New Year’s resolution & if you’re going to “break it” on purpose or not for the “Ditch your New Years Resolution day”! Heck, have a real one and One you break in purpose! 

Other celebrations:
-Nothing Day (January 6th)
-Ditch Your New Years Resolution Day (January 17th)
-Chocolate Cake Day (January 27th)
-Fun at Work Day (January 28)

For these holidays, you can prep all of the props and things you will need ahead of time.

For New Year’s, I recommend doing the photo shoot or explicit content a few days before, so you have the ability to schedule things without having to worry about remembering to post. But since this challenge starts today. Do a simple post. Save extra content content for next year! 

Don’t forget to post about your New Year’s resolution, especially if you are participating in the “Ditch your New Year’s resolution day”. You’re going to want to post about your New Year’s resolution on the first day of the month. It should be a part of your happy new year post.

state clearly, and plainly what your New Year’s resolution is, and put forth your “punishment” if you fail. Which you will, if you participate in the ditch your New Year’s resolution day theme.  Make sure it is something you’re comfortable with doing as you are setting your set up for failure to accommodate for the other holiday. Don’t make it too challenging! Be easy on yourself.. it’s only January!

For the other holidays, just make sure you have the props needed. Like chocolate cake for chocolate cake day… Or decide whether you’re going to be doing safe for work content over spicy content.  Whenever you have the ability to do a light broadcast, I recommend doing that and marking down how many likes, viewers, and participants you had. Keep a record of this to Show which days were your most popular, so that you can focus on them more next year.

Prep! Don’t forget to prep!
