This is the same Ninetales from that one animati! They're going through some deep reflecting, give them time (The Ninetales being the 9th card of the arcana was unintentional, sorry Danny HAH).
Meanwhile the Sky Form Shaymin (Poppy?) is beaming with a lot of sun light. You could even say, they are on a... path of radiance.
