For those of you who have no idea who Phil Lesh was, he was the bass player, and occasional singer for the Grateful Dead. I've been a Dead fan for just about 45 years if you count when my first concert was.
He was 84 years old, and I know he had a liver transplant several years ago, so he had time with his wife and family that he wouldn't have had normally, but it still sucks losing a part of my Teen and Young Adult life.

Damn. My first show was in September of 1979 at Madison Square Garden. He'll be missed.
