Additionally, I've created very smooth hair physics. However, this physics is driven by the game's frame rate. If the frame rate doesn't meet the required frame rate, the physics will become very jerky. Therefore, I've prepared two hair physics effects, which you can switch between by clicking a wheel. If you still experience twitching hair in the game, please leave a comment with your feedback and I'll work on revising the model.
