i really struggle with this as well. best advice i personally can give is to visualize the face as a flat plane (which then also obeys perspective), and usually i draw a line where i want to place both eyes which also follows perspective. sometimes it works but alot of the time i end up having to just bullshit my way through it making a bunch of small adjustments until i get something acceptable xD. remember: youtube is your best friend these days! much better artists than i have much better things to say about it!
