September Poll - Where do I look?

With the game growing with content following the addition of Henry and Mya, and the improvements to the HRC storylines further aiding in some wardrobe decisions - have you tried taking off your bra following the second event? - comes a tough decision on game progress and what to do from here on out.
Hence the big question, which will lead development for the coming 2 updates, and that needs your opinion to really guide me:

Should I give these earlier game fixes 2 updates (v0.7.4 - October 10th & v0.7.5 - November 7th), making sure that wardrobe decisions have their weights and that all cosmetic systems - including tattoos and piercings - mean something, while also creating additional scenes for reputation levels and other stats leading up to 100? Or should I instead do as much as I can for one update, which would be only the relationship stuff with Henry and Mya (event 6 - spring break - cheerleading and dealing work fixes - post spring break) and move on from there, working on the Easter Party for the update after that?
Choosing the second option would also mean less masturbation content, less customization opportunities, and less inter-connected storylines; but I understand how waiting for the story to move forward might be frustrating to some (Better finished product than perfected stalling).
