that's actually hilarious.

2026-01-26 11:31:20 +0000 UTCI know this is not a comment on this chapter but I've just been rereading the story and I noticed a plot hole. Chapter 337 you describe portable dark emitters being new and not yet invented. But in chapter 109 the former police chief pulls out a portable dark emitter he got in the war. That they were rare during the war but distributed.

2026-01-25 04:44:14 +0000 UTCNormally not the biggest fan of time shenanigans in stories, but this is really turning out to be an interesting arc. I'm really looking forward to see where you take this :) great job so far.

2026-01-24 22:09:30 +0000 UTCI was rereading old chapters and I feel like Brock is gonna need to include some people capable of deflecting the universe’s BS off of him on his wedding day. So to pawn it off on others he needs to just have Ash be a groomsman with Forrest and throw Surge and Lance in there just to be petty.

2026-01-24 21:58:35 +0000 UTCWhere's Brock's shield in all of this? Seems like a waste if he lost it after spearing the Onix attacking Oak. Also would be weird given that Oak distinctly remembers the shield's details. He wouldn't be able to remember it fully if he barely had enough time to see it on Sir Boulder

2026-01-22 02:13:23 +0000 UTCLoving this time travel arc. Really hope SOMEOME asks about the "he only has a Ryhorn" bit. Because a trainer this strong would have more money and more money means more pokeballs means more pokemon (in theory). I mean, Brock can probably just pass it off as his other pokemon are with his fiancé but I still think someone would comment on it...

2026-01-21 20:52:02 +0000 UTCEdit: “It would seem that you lack any decency, but that was self-evident from how you were sending wild pokemon to do your dirty!” I growled. Should be 'do your dirty work!'

2026-01-21 20:43:50 +0000 UTCLoving this adventure through time. It's going to be awesome seeing what young Oak gets from Brock by the time this arc is done, and just how it shaped him into the first Champion of Indigo and the man who ended a war.

2026-01-21 11:51:28 +0000 UTCTo be fair, the Indigo Nation also delegitimized nobility in that timespan, remember? Without nobility, there wouldn't be any knights. The only places that would still have them would be places like Rota or Kalos that kept their nobles.

2026-01-21 11:10:29 +0000 UTCThanks for the chapter. I noticed you had Zubat staring. I found the thought funny, because - no eyes and all. I guess they could hear it, or use echolocation...? ^^;

2026-01-20 22:32:37 +0000 UTCI know this is completely off topic but I had a dream the other night about specifically this Sabrina ending up in One Piece and how the crew finds her is she is just sunbathing above the ocean in the middle of the Grand Line. Now I'm just imaging her just teleporting where there isn't a storm randomly strange weather phenomenon. She would obviously find a way back to the Pokémon World (because Sabrina) but it was just a funny thought. As for what is going on here. I'm surprised they don't know about dark types. Like I know that dark types and steel types were lesser known in Kanto (They must have assumed Steelex was still Rock/Ground type when they discovered it). That actually begs the question. Did they have Magnimite in Kanto back then? Obviously they know about Houndoom and Houndour. But they didn't know dark types existed? Also love that Brock gave an explanation of Dark type Pokémon but not fairy. That was funny to me.

2026-01-20 20:36:08 +0000 UTCI would guess it's a combination of Sam and Daisy being kids and that being able to utilize and wield Aura makes someone a strategic asset. It's probably a safe bet that the leader and some of the elders of a given clan can utilize Aura. However, it's another matter entirely to confirm that fact and even gather specific details of what they can do with it; that turns someone into a specific target that can be planned for once the fighting starts. To anyone knowledgeable about Aura I would expect them to be shocked both by how powerful and skilled he is (if they can even tell) and that he's revealing his skills when he was previously unknown.

2026-01-20 20:18:39 +0000 UTCBrock gets to go on a mini journey with Oak. This is great. I really love the world building for pre-war Kanto with local nobility waiting to be disolved. The local families having their own knights also reflects Rota's influnace on the area, less straigh knock off Japan. I do hope Brock to meets his namesake; someone in this time peroid has to not suck.

2026-01-20 20:15:08 +0000 UTCMy guess is that it's an elder in Brock's time, but I also wouldn't be surprised if Link was descended from that Cleffa and was raised on stories of a "heroic knight" who Brock just so happens to resemble with his behavior.

2026-01-20 20:10:12 +0000 UTCI am a little confused as to why they are surprised by him using Rock type energy to handle pokemon. Wasn't aura more known and then repressed by the old generation after the war? So they should be used to skilled people doing that right? or did oak/ Agatha/Blaine and co discover it during the war and then hide it afterwards

2026-01-20 19:58:57 +0000 UTCWas that baby Link or was it instead an elder of the Clefairy clan?

2026-01-20 19:51:36 +0000 UTCOh, I really enjoyed this chapter.

2026-01-20 19:43:53 +0000 UTCYeeessss 😄, i need more people to witness Brock KOing moderately strong Pokémon with his bare hands more often. In a world of fantasy and magical monsters, somehow one of the less realistic things to me is that the culture could shift from Knights errant to Twitter flame wars in only 3 generations, even with a war and a subsequent nation wide ban on wartime topics involved. Still, rule of cool supersedes my poor logic, and I'm definitely enjoying this Connecticut Yankee arc.

2026-01-20 19:35:49 +0000 UTCClefairy and Clefable always make things better. Also super interested in the description of the crater and boulder/meteor in the crater. Neither Sam nor Daisy recognized the fairies which even with how rare they are would be surprising that they were completely unknown if they were already native to the area so possibly they only recently arrived to the area riding the meteor in a minimized form , as they showed here, when it crash landed, and still being new to the area have not settled into Mt. Moon yet. Glad to see Brock showing off his martial skill. He’s done all that training with Lola and just in general and it’s awesome he’s getting the chance to show off a bit and fight instead of just his Pokémon. Although I still do hope he picks up a new partner, Absol would still be an amazing choice I think.
