2025-11-04 16:16:52 +0000 UTCI'm not familiar with the filler but reviewing the wiki, there isn't much about the Land of Wolves besides the wolves and apparently some plants and bugs that I can imagine Konoha being all that interested in. My best guess is that they are keeping an eye on Tsunade and Shizune who could be passing through as part of Shizune's training? But my timeline could be screwy, since it was mentioned in a previous chapter that Mei Terumi hasn't been born yet and she and Shizune are about the same age according to the wiki. I may have missed an author note somewhere along the line that might explain this, but Naruto isn't a fandom I have gotten super deep into. So unless it wasn't the Second Shinobi World War that ended, then that is my best guess. That raises questions about why Mei isn't around yet, unless she got butterflied away somehow, her existence is unknown/concealed at this point, or Matsu is misremembering the timeline with regards to her.

2025-10-12 23:17:22 +0000 UTCGreat chapter, I would love to see an interlude of when Konoha obtains a copy of Matsu medical book especially Tsunade impression etc. Konoha could be trying to capture wolves for Inuzuka cross breed project? I enjoy Matsu tries to be sneaking with clones and transforming even when it only effects genin.
