Initially, we were going to be lenient—just a small warning with twenty minutes or half an hour of tickling. But who could have imagined that your laughter would be even louder than the music at full blast? So, here's what we're going to do: the louder you laugh, the more tickling you'll get. Until you understand that respecting the volume is crucial here. We don’t care if you’re the captain of the rugby team or the cash your dad paid. The University Police Patrol is here to make sure everyone follows the rules.
So, laugh and scream all you want, because until you prove to us for at least twenty minutes, or half an hour, that you can stay under the permissible decibel threshold, the University Police Patrol will make sure you reconsider your attitude."
