1º The need to find an energy source with which to have the supply assured indefinitely.
2º The need to provide the population with some recreational and leisure space.
3º The need to contain a massive organism that seems to have an unlimited amount of energy, and despite the fact that it apparently only needs sunlight to maintain itself, it insists on destroying the city.
Here is my solution to the three problems. Fetish Park, a revolutionary underground system, by which a giantess can be deprived of her mobility by 90%, and thus eliminate her danger, while taking advantage of up to the remaining 9% to run a ingenious system of dynamos to generate electricity.
Of course the giantess may come to the conclusion that trying to escape is useless, and thus greatly reduce the rate of energy production, and she also needs to receive solar energy to recharge. This can be solved by leaving a small part exposed to the sun.
I have opted for a foot, this already more than covers her solar energy needs, and once conveniently immobilized and secured so that no citizen suffers any damage, it can be an excellent element of entertainment for the population, while the same people can estimulate the gigantess with their tickles, games, caress ,tortures and attentions on her sole to continue struggling. I have also thought it important to make the place cozy, to invite people to stay and spend a few hours having fun, for which I have added a few trees and benches.
Regarding the TV in front of her eyes, why have I put it there?... Ah, that's simply because I'm a bit of a bastard ;-)
I hope you like it. I would have posted it sooner, but the range of time it took to render each scene was from an hour and a half to 10 hours.

2022-05-16 23:16:54 +0000 UTCSorry for answering so late, I still don't control the Patreon menus very well, and although I try to check it every day sometimes there is a notification that I can't see in time. Regarding "Brianna" being on stage, there is a very simple explanation... I don't have infinite characters, and sometimes I have to repeat clothes, hairstyles and textures. I try to mix everything to avoid "repeating characters", in fact, the only thing that character in question has from Brianna is the textures, although in the angle in which I take that scene, the hairstyle looks quite similar despite being different. Regarding the scenario itself... Basically in my head I took into account almost everything that you have mentioned to create the environment, and then imagine what scenes could happen in it. That's why I put different groups of people having a good time in the park, the graffiti artist vandalizing the park, the crazy granny with the cats... a few situations that occurred to me, and leaving room for more possible scenes of this scenario in the future...

2022-03-25 00:41:00 +0000 UTCYou know what, no this is not sufficient and I need to explain why I love this series so much. Firstly you have the whole giantess v/s smaller people. They have SOO many room to tickle all over those huge, to them, feet. Can you imagine how many fingers of normal sized humans can fit on those soles? Not to mention what might happen at night with dogs, birds, other animals that might walk, crawl, or wiggle around on them. Secondly you have that she is being basically encased in an inescapable device. Sure she is huge and very strong compared to us but look at how thick that metal is, there is no way she is breaking free of that. Thirdly she is on public display. No one tickling her knows who she is (I assume). They only know there are a pair of hyper-ticklish bare feet that are for public use. They can tickle, lay on, play with, and otherwise torture the poor girl as much as they wish. They may not be able to hear her laughter but they can sure feel her feet quivering and twitching as the tickling is happening. Finally there is the evil person that trapped her there. Not only does he make her watch her own torment, but he takes joy from it. He love that it tickles her, that she is going crazy, that the people doing it are doing it for their own pleasure and if it is too ticklish for her well thats just too bad. So much more I could point out, that she is being used to generate energy (thus she will probably never be freed), that everyone loves to torment her with seemingly no remorse, that she cant even beg for mercy as no one can hear her inside of her sealed room, and so on. Oh and did I mention that her feet are nearly if not utterly immobile? *melts*
