Sometimes shit happens and it was one of those times for me. But without getting into the details I wasn't able to finish this build as originally planned. Therefore this release is a shortened version of the original encounter. It does include the story leading up to the encounter and a portion of the encounter- but its not the full thing. As such I'm continuing to work on the build and hope to have the completed version in the next few days.

I am only releasing this now because I don't want to make a habit of releasing builds late so I figure some content is better than no content. You can also expect a full build with new content in April- in other words the second half of this patch and next patch are both coming. Sorry for the delay. I'll post patch notes along with the completed build as soon as its ready.
