Callie's Life - Progress Update
Added 2021-03-30 14:23:04 +0000 UTCThe initial stages of creating a game are very tedious, there's a lot of work to put in, just to have places for the character to go and things to do. I've made a fair amount of progress in the last week.
The interior to the church is nearly done. I have plans for at least three different scenarios in there. The school library has been built, which depending on whether or not the player has visited the CDC yet will kick off another quest, or send you to a different location to do so.
I also have the initial layout for a HUD in the game (subject to change) so you can know just how bratty and/or sore Callie is and the state of her bottom at any time.
Additionally, I've started building some of the internal game mechanics that will govern how the game is played, how the HUD reacts, and what is set to happen next.
It's a lengthy process, but I'm determined to do this right from the beginning so that in the end it's a game that I can be proud of, and that you dear patrons will be clamoring to play again and again! :)
