Ticking away the moments - Komadori Weekly #6

Hello everyone!

Time flies by incredibly fast, and it feels like each week is passing in the blink of an eye. So today we're just giving you a quick update to let you know that we're still here and hard at work on Komadori Inn. Oh, and an important announcement too!

Quest 012 and Room Cleaning Mini-Game

So just for the sake of reporting our work, let me tell you that all elements of quest 012 are now complete, and we're currently in the testing phase. The room-cleaning mini-game is also being finalized with the necessary elements for the ultimate gameplay experience (energy bars, icons, tutorials etc.) . Although we're still waiting for a couple of graphics, everything is coming together nicely.

Bug fixes

As always, thank you for reporting the issues with "Komadori Inn". Especially big thanks to Corndogie for answering all of our questions and sending his save file so we could see what was going on - that really helped! Special thanks to Manu as well. ❤

As for today, all of the reported bugs are fixed on our side, so the next version will remove all of the (known) issues.

Future Animations and a New Member

While we're wrapping up the current update, we're also looking ahead. Animations for upcoming positions are already in the works, so you wont have to wait long for the next skill points to be unlocked. Also, there's a little bonus illustration coming to Patreon, but before that, I think we can finally announce a new member of our Art Team! Everybody, a round of applause for Ochako!

Our illustration work has significantly accelerated thanks to her joining us - new art is delivered much faster than we can implement it, and the first glorious piece created in collaboration with sleeplessmax will be featured in the upcoming version 0.4.6 (you could see the sketch of that illustration in this post).

With a backlog of illustrations ready for several future versions, we have some room to create additional art pieces just for fun to entertain you while you wait for the next updates. One such bonus illustration is already in progress, featuring one of the main characters in a cosplay version. 🧝‍♀️ But while this piece is in the making, at the bottom of this post you'll find a poll asking you which character you'd like to see next. If a character we've already decided on wins - well, you're in luck and we'll ask again about another bonus illustration soon.
