Updated tiers!

If you're wondering why the change;
time. I only got so much and I have to asses how much I make and when. I just couldnt keep up with full sketches that I'd be okay giving. and then they were often late. I still think the updated stuff will take time, however I think it'll be less taxing, and still very worth it. If not we'll just make more changes till I get it right.
