Big Devblog Post! Upgrading NSFW Scenes in Future Builds

We’ve been thinking a lot about how to level up the NSFW scenes in the game, and we wanted to loop you in on some ideas we’re thinking right now. For the 2.10 build and going forward, we’re considering bringing back animated NSFW scenes—something like what we did a while ago.
Here’s why:
Recently, we started doing 15-20 images per scene, and while that’s cool, it’s also super time-consuming. It takes way longer to put together a bunch of static images than it does to create one animation (as we think now).
So, we’re thinking that going to simpler animations could not only speed up production but also make the scenes more dynamic.
For the upcoming 2.10 build, we’re going to try a few different animated scenes to see how they feel. Our hope is that this change will make those moments pop more and bring the characters to life.
We’re also looking at reworking some older NSFW scenes for characters that don’t quite fit our vision anymore. This might include even a few of the more recent ones (Jinx, Vi, Cait, etc.). While those scenes have a lot of art, they’re still static—and we want the game to feel more alive.
The plan is to start with 2.10 and then gradually update or remake the scenes we’re not happy with. Every time we drop a remade scene into a new build, we’ll make sure to let you know, so you don’t miss anything worth checking out.
