Quick Update
Added 2021-11-23 15:40:31 +0000 UTCI have a couple short muscle growth videos that I am ready to post. I just need to find a place to host them. As they contain nudity Youtube will not let me. I'm looking into Vimeo or Google Drive. Let me know if you have any recommendations! :)
