The recent sequence of extraordinary events has led the Galactic Federation to formalize a treaty with human Nani Pelekai. After an invasion of Kreplokians led by ex-federation captain Gantu that resulted in the kidnapping of Experiment 626, known as Stitch, and his protector Lilo Pelekai, the aforementioned Nani asked the mad scientist Jumba Jookiba for a way to rescue them. Below is an account of the scientist himself:

"I created a formula that would replicate the 626's physical capabilities in a mammal, but I gave up on the project after realizing that the effects were not very destructive - I mean, lasting. I never imagined that she would find the formula and that its effects would be so unexpected!"

Scientists from the Galactic Federation recently examined the human, and found that the formula reacted with Nani's genetic material and its effect not only became permanent, but multiplied to levels never before recorded in a living being. Chief Biologist Kilikra Camus headed the exams and found:

"The cells of the human girl are incredible! Not only are they more resistant than Kalepsian steel, they produce hundreds of thousands of times more energy than a warp generator!"

The human also showed visually noticeable changes. Her body developed, becoming almost self-sufficient, and she acquired unusual physical abilities for her species, most notably an extraordinary physical strength.

With her new capabilities, Nani traveled to the Kreplokian planets and rescued her sister and 626 alone. Below are some records of soldiers who witnessed the day:

"She was unstoppable. Plasma shots didn't even tickle her, and when one of our tanks tried to hit her, she just stood there, and it destroyed itself against her body!"

"All of our efforts were for naught. Our greatest warrior was 20 times her size, and she sent him flying across the planet with a flick! I hope he is well ..."

"When we finally thought we were safe in the bunker, we felt a very strong tremor. Suddenly, everything was on its side, and the cameras showed that human tearing our entire base off the ground with one hand!"

The Kreplokians surrendered shortly thereafter, and Nani demanded that ex-captain Gantu be handed over to her. Upon meeting him, the human said only "We’ll talk back on Earth", and then threw a punch so powerful that she sent Gantu straight to planet Earth, 50 light years away, crossing 4 uninhabited systems on the way.

The folds in space-time were captured by the Milky Way observation center, which notified the Federation. A delegation was sent to investigate. Nani Pelekai and Gantu were brought before the Grand Counselor, who opted for Gantu's arrest and Nani's acquittal on charges of threatening 20 solar systems. The argument was that the accused did not know her own strength. According to her, on trial:

"I didn't know my punch was going to be this strong. I knew I could send him back to Earth by force, but I didn't know I was going to almost create a black hole out of it! That’s awesome, ri--- I mean… Sorry."

The human was asked to be the subject of studies to ensure the safety of the galaxy. The results, however, led to an unexpected resolution.

According to Chief Scientist Kodra Upik: "The human has proven to be capable of extraordinary feats. Her body no longer seems to need rest, food or oxygen. She is capable of a primitive form of levitation in gravitational fields, although she herself does not control this ability well."

"In addition, her physical capabilities are unprecedented. During training in the artificial gravity chamber, she was able to withstand the gravity of a small black hole without visible stress. With just one arm, she was able to achieve the energy equivalent of keeping two planets larger than Earth apart."

The young human also showed a certain impatience and discontent with the tests, culminating in the day 4087 of the year 2,356,784.

After scientists built a special machine to discover the limits of Nani Pelekai, the girl raised and held the equivalent of the mass of 7 galaxies. Before the incredulous eyes of those who witnessed it, the young woman stopped using one arm and flexed her biceps with such force that it created a space-time fold around her arm, almost destroying the entire installation. Finally, Nani hurled the incredible weight that she supported upwards. We have not yet been able to trace how far the test weight was launched, and our scientists fear that it has reached the ends of the observable universe.

Due to her practically immeasurable power, the Galactic Federation granted Nani Pelekai the role of executor and maintainer of the peace in the universe, hoping to use her good morals to keep the universe safe. Several secret projects have been launched to seek a way to neutralize her if necessary, but none have proven effective so far.

To this day, the greatest fear of our scientists is that her strength is still developing, as preliminary tests would suggest. Recently, a solar system just outside federation territory had its star destroyed by what seemed at first like a sublight-meteor. What was strange was readings that showed that nearby planets were equally destroyed, but some were split straight down the middle, others were shattered into millions of pieces and two were simply nowhere to be found.

That and reports that Nani has asked mad scientist Jumba Jookiba for a set of weights that can generate numbers around the equivalent of galaxy clusters are prime indications that she may be getting stronger. It is only a matter of time, then, before she realizes the Federation cannot stop her if she were to step outside the law. We can only hope that her morals remain good… And that we can find a way to reverse her transformation if they don’t.
