Now, the ROADMAP: November was a disaster, let's just admit it. I underperformed and underdelivered. I could blame a lot of external forces: my kids were sick, we hosted Thanksgiving, our tortoise escaped, I painted 7 NDA commission paintings, aliens appeared from the sea... All valid of course, but the truth is that I should have been able to do better. This month I hope to make it up to you and to start, I've got 6 new spreads from the Spacefarers Guide to Intergalactic Pests that I will share in 2 separate posts this month. I am LOVING how the book is developing now that I'm treating it as a concept art sketchbook. (We've got 84 pages at the moment!)

I've also got a couple new characters from the Dark Wizards Market that I plan to share. And perhaps best of all for those of you in the Tutorials tier, I will do the much-requested guide on the "Beastmaster Ascension" painting for Magic the Gathering to describe my process there. (Spoiler: The big secret is to add more CHAOS) Lastly, I am working on a massive airship battle scene for a board game cover, and with any luck I'll have a big drawing of that to share with you later in the month.
