#LETSDRAWMONSTERS No.30 & October Roadmap!

Update Oct. 2, 2024: My computer crashed, then caught fire, and finally was pulled into the warp by cosmic demons, just as I launched the scheduled stream today. I am hastily ordering new parts, and hoping to get them in and up in time do the stream 10AM EST on Friday October 4, 2024. More updates to follow on the Discord... -jg

OKAY, LET'S JUMP RIGHT IN: We've got an awesome monster for the month! And one that I promise was picked totally at random, (which I am pretty sure no one here will ever believe that, because even I wouldn't believe that either how perfectly Halloween-themed it is), but we really did get, "The Molting, Serpentine, Deer, Hunter of Pumpkin Patches." (Though I am taking the liberty of changing "Hunter" to "Haunter" for the purposes of the above prompt, since it sounds cooler and visually, I think it amounts to the same thing.)

The other options were pretty awesome as well! I’ve said it before that we will have to do a b-sides for these at some point. "The Savage Tree Hedgehog Swamp Guardian" is a MUST and only lost out because of Halloween this month.

As for the rest of the month: We've got Illuxcon later this month, so you can expect a LOT of original art to be shared. Tons of pencil originals and hopefully a few watercolors. I have about a dozen planned, and it is just a matter of how much will we be able to get through. I will share hi-res versions and some Step-by-Step guides with you throughout the month. I also am hoping to have some time for a Dungeon Master Series themed bigger watercolor, but with us leaving for the show in just a couple weeks, that is a long shot. Either way, expect a lot of original art content throughout the month, and hopefully a post from the event itself since it is usually a pretty chill show.

Mentorships are going to be on 7th, 8th, & 10th at 9AM, 1PM and 8PM EST each of those days. Message me on Discord (or here) with your preferred time. If I promised you a spot and none are open let me know and we will get you in!
