"The Executioner" Monster of the Month for May 2022

The monster project is on the back burner for the time being while we get this Martian game off the ground, but I still plan on dropping in every now and again to do the occasional character. I just really love painting these little medieval fantasy dungeon monsters.
This monster painting was also a chance to compare and contrast the methods I have been using in the martian series, to see if there is anything I had inadvertently left behind, or if I had strayed from the true path. The findings were ...startling. And I go in to more detail about that in our Passion Projects post later in this month's tutorial.
Until then, I am heading back to space for the next one, so you can expect another post from the martian of the month series soon!
