April Martian of the Month Double Feature!

This month I have been busy at work on more martians! Some humorous, some terrifying, all very strange.

I am also experimenting with different layouts for presentation of these alien creatures. Let me know what you think of this current layout. These characters are in-game assets, so this layout format shows them in a setting that is closer to what they would appear like in game. (I do still plan to do a more formal print field guide, but I wonder if this is a more interesting way to show them as concept art?)

The Jupireen Smuggler is a sentient alien most known for its fidgety, nervous nature. When startled, they are known to shoot and flee first, and ask questions later.

The Fanged Carnilope is a six-legged nightmare with uncanny hearing. While completely blind, it is made primarily of giant teeth and fast legs, so it is still one of the most dangerous feral creatures in the sector. It is a classic 5 restricted species and is considered extremely hazardous. If encountered, do not feed.
