April Double Brush Set! Kakopire and Harbinger Brushes
Added 2021-04-14 19:17:40 +0000 UTCToday I have 2 brush sets for you! The first built around last month's Kakopire Bat Lord and the second built around this month's Harbinger monster. Both sets have been designed for opaque painting and are meant to offer a look closer to that of oil brushwork.
I will be using these brushes tonight at 5PM EST on our Twitch stream to paint the Dark Souls commission. Tune in if you'd like to see these brushes in action!

Thx I'll try them out, never really got into the whole blending business!

2021-05-05 18:50:58 +0000 UTCI typically start using them after I get the values, lighting and color established and then of course, a lot at the end too. There is no formal step by step on them yet, because they are easier to show (like on twitch) rather than write about. Since I've got the new computer hopefully I will be able to go into greater detail on stream about blending. The basic principle for me though is to mainly use them to smooth transitions from light to dark!
