PROMPT:
Beware the Carnivorous Coniferous!
When winter comes, and you venture into the snow-laden pines for this year's yuletide tree; you may find one there, which looks the very best,
but be ye warned; for it is quite unlike the rest.
If you fell it, and set it upon your hearth, all bedecked and spangled in Holiday cheer,
be wary of midnight! For it is no fine fir tree, but something instead to fill your night with terror and with fear.
And when all in the house are a-slumber,
it is then that the Carnivorous Coniferous goes forth, ravening with hunger!
