Here is the full comic of my homage to Ashley and Arthur from Eva Kiss' Good Girl Gone Bad.

Many of you have played the game and get where all this is coming from. But for those of you who haven't, here's the "build" for Ashley I'm using for my playthrough of the game:
1) Mostly good Ashley. Stayed loyal for the most part to Eric (Arthur's son).
2) Eric went to Somalia and was presumed dead in a rebel raid. He was rescued later. He did not walk out of the jungle like the second coming of Rambo. π
3) Ashley agrees to have dinner with Arthur after Eric's "funeral". That's when he takes advantage of her.
4) And the rest you get from my set.
The narrative dialogue are excerpts from the game (for the most part). I didn't do a scene-by-scene remake of the game - that would've taken months. So you might find the scene transitions a little jarring. I just got to the hot bits that I wanted to flesh out. π
Lastly, I added an epilogue which imagines a cathartic play on Eric's fate. I think he deserves a chance to move on from the anguish and misery he must've lived with. Finding family he connects with fit the bill for me.

2022-08-25 23:39:09 +0000 UTCYeah, that bed hair for Ashley isn't ideal, but it's the best one can do where the hair has to fall and collide with the bed. The other hairs don't have physics-simulations and can look waaay more natural. It's just the limitations of the 3D rendering technology available to amateurs like myself. π Yeah, the wedding party are other GGGB characters! I tried my best to approximate their looks, but Eva's characters are hard to pin down 'cause they're sooo flat! She didn't employ shading in her first game, so it's hard to volumetrically gauge them. But you called all the characters right! Cheers, man! And thanks for the kind words! Glad I was able to capture the twisted relationship between Ashley and Arthur a bit well!

2022-08-25 02:24:45 +0000 UTCOhhhh Daddy! Absolutely brilliant. You have certainly captured the essence of Arthur and Ashley's relationship, if one went down that path. The art is to your usual amazing level of detail however I find a couple of the shots of Ashley, where she has the Medusa style hair, a little odd looking. It's like her forehead is really high and the hair doesn't seem to sit right. Probably just me but besides that I loved it. I have to ask. In the wedding photo are they other GGGB characters? To me it looks like Ethan, Ashley's mom and dad, Iris, Eva and Jessica.
