So yeah . . . where do I begin?
Words can't describe how much the Indiana Jones movies, books, and games shaped my childhood. Spent countless hours watching the VHS till the magnetic tapes wore off, flipping the pages till they came apart, and replaying the games 'cause I couldn't get enough.
Of all of Indy's adventures, Temple of Doom and Fate of Atlantis were my favs. Even had the ToD poster on my wall for ages. ☝
Not sure what led me to this set, but the idea came to me a few months ago. A thought experiment on how a Fem Indy would handle the adventures she'd be thrust into. It was the 1930s after all - not exactly the easiest time to be a woman. But it was permissive enough for a female Professor of Archeology to go spelunking . . . but not without risks.
Anyways, I put this on the backburner and picked at it occasionally. The biggest hurdle was the lack of assets - not a lot of stuff from the 1930s modelled in 3D these days. Even making Indy's costume took some doing. All this just translated into really long set building.
Also, until recently the assets were too pricey for me to acquire. Then a sale came by that let me afford most of what I needed.
I hope you guys like what I've previewed above. I tried to stay as faithful to the spirit of Indy's world while still taking some *ahem* liberties with the license. 😏
If you've got a thirst for some adventure laced with some kink, then pick up the set HERE!
Cheers, folks!
