TfD: Discord Server

Dear Residents,
A little while back we ran a poll asking if a Discord server would be preferable for everyone to use rather than the in-app chat here on Patreon.
So, following that, I've gone ahead and set up the bones of the server, which you can all join here:
Seems as this will be grown pretty organically, I'd love to hear suggestions both here and on the server as to how we can imprive the server over time, so we can make it a great place for all you TfD fans to use on a regular basis.
