Patreon changed the look of the website and the functionality of a bunch of things, and the "Charge For This Post" setting has the absolute lightest box to click, almost an anti-pattern, and with my eye troubles I didn't notice it. That's fixed now and the proper posts will come in and work. Thanks for understanding.
