Only grinding. But even if he can't become more powerful he is already second in strength in his new clan

Some kind of countermeasures to such tactics are definitely going to be needed because all of these actions of his will certainly draw the eyes of either people from the demonic side who are jealous of him, or even from the orthodox side, who are zealots. And he can't depend on guards or reputation alone since he is obviously lower priority than his fiance or his future children for the Nam going, and being married to the future, head means he is no longer one of the protected "younger generation" And can thus be challenged by somebody far, stronger and older.
