Banshee worked primarily on smaller tasks this week, like fixing up missing assets like Victor's hair and a few outfit assets, glowing up some older-looking characters, as well as doing some work on the "new" patron chibis! She also started working on a new character sprite, but that's still in its early stages.
Vane spent a lot of time handling the marketing, the polls, and sketching out the new slave route in the face of Patreon ToS changes. The last build also proved to be full of bugs despite Vane taking an extra week to iron it out, so he had to spend a lot of time ironing those out last week. He is mostly done with the Kalyskah scene, but he’s still spicing the start-up a bit more, and he still has to add a variant dialogue involving Victor for those in his romance route.
Now we said we were going to release the next build this Friday, unfortunately it seems that we had the terrible habit of underestimating how long things will take to get done. To be honest, that was always an ambitious schedule, it assumed that nothing would go wrong and there would be no delays. Well, things went wrong and we’ve had delays. Still, the build is well on its way to being ready! While we won’t be able to release it this Friday, we’ll release it on the next one without fail!
