Toppo is a character from Universe 11 in the Dragon Ball Super anime series. He is the leader of Universe 11’s Pride Troopers, a peace-keeping force that ensures order and justice throughout all of Universe 11. Toppo is obsessed with justice, honor and duty, and his ideology centers all around Justice. He doesn’t fight for himself like Goku, staunchly serving as a Pride Trooper exclusively to fight on the behalf of the people of Universe 11.
