Android 13 Moveset Update

As of now A13 is almost 80% complete for the moveset. I just modified and enhanced the first moveset I put it in him so I hope you will enjoy it. I'm just a beginner in terms of moveset and script modding so please do understand he's not 100% perfect like the other existing characters moveset in Gamebanana. I put a lot of times just for the moveset only, night and day working for this so it will look like nice and playable without any issues.
Planning to release the other MODS this week for the "meantime" while I'm still working for his LEVEL 3 Super.
