Junko Corrupted

In an abandoned facility forgotten by memories, a backup of Junko's AI self worked tirelessly in secret on a new plan to spread her despair to the world. After years of hard work, with the leftover data she had from Izuru and Ryota, Junko had perfected Ryota's despair spreading animation and transformed it into a virus. Whoever sees it would immediately become infected by it and succumb to despair in seconds. However, in order to make sure that the virus would succeed, she decided to first test it on a helpless victim, herself. Uploading the virus onto her programing, the AI Junko was immediately filled with unimaginable sense of despair. However, this in term empowered her as the AI Junko became the embodiment of the despair virus itself. Excited, she immediately uploaded this corrupted version of herself to as many electronic devices as she could find, not caring about the Future Foundation potentially catching her and erasing her for good.
However, Junko knew that despair could never be truly destroyed. All she needed was to infect a few able bodies and she would live once again.
