Due to being the first amongst them to be corrupted, the trial that she underwent was not as refined as the ones that followed. Although Makoto's mind was corrupted, her strong resilience during the trial caused her body resist most of the effects. Thus, Futaba called Makoto in for a second trial to complete her transformation. Makoto willingly accepted the request. She had only one request for Futaba, and that was to make her body to be strong and beautiful.
