May is almost over and now we are expecting summer here in Korea.
I started working out at the gym and yet I haven't seen any progress or changes! I'm not working on my diet at all so I'm sure that's why hehe. I'm focusing on gaining more muscles to tone it out hehe.

저는 헬스를 시작했고 아직 변화는 전혀 못 느끼고 있어요 ㅎㅎ 식단을 전혀 하지 않아서 일거라고 확신한답니다.. 호호 ^^ 근육에 초점을 맞춰서 몸을 좀 다지려구요 헤헤.
