Several of y'all have requested that I do a workout/exercise video recently and over the years. For obvious reasons, I'm not a fan of them, but because you all are so good to me, making one is the least I could do to show my gratitude.
This is broken up into two parts: one where I'm on the floor doing sit-ups and push-ups, and another where I'm standing, running in place and doing jumping jacks.

Also, are any of y'all skilled in video editing? Send me a message and we can chat on the side. I have a video that I made yesterday where I'm cooking and talking but it's 45 minutes long, and I'd like to condense the length a bit.
