Animation Process: Flashlight

There won't be a tutorial, just the finished animation files. I'm focused on completing the full animation and don't have time for a detailed tutorial right now. Sorry for any inconvenience! I hope to make a tutorial next year once the animation is finished.
Our method is simple. I aim to animate my illustration style. I start with a complete still illustration and then animate it in 2D.
We use a basic 2D frame-by-frame animation process: first drafts, then line art, and finally color. We also add a special stroke to show details like hair and subtle changes in light and color. If you're curious about this effect, you can find it in the CSP file.
