A Floored Design

Whilst BrasByDesign's unofficial motto is 'Observations in Over-Endowment', there are potentially quite a few others it could be: 'No Such Thing as Too Big' or 'Just How Far can we Take This?' or even 'Are You Sure this is Safe?!'

Now it was only natural that we took the next step in exploring just how a traditional Bra design works as we scale it up, but we were already pretty aware that it wasn't really going to cut the mustard. Despite our beautiful models patience, one can't help but empathise with her chagrin at being presented with a Bra, in her size, only to realise that it is quite heavily flawed, or floored. Or both.

She is quite within her rights to be a little pissed off, at least, but it is all in a days work for the well-endowed women that work in the testing and development departments at BrasByDesign HQ (see BrasByDesign - Lore, The Universe and (Almost) Everything for more about that). She is also quite right of course, as even if by some miracle her petite little figure was able to stand up straight and lift those breasts, the Bra would most likely pop a strap or a fastening within moments. It does, at the very least, contain those enormous breasts very well, and that is quite impressive at this size regardless of any other functionality!

There has been a lot of workmanship go into this Bra, to try and make it work; notice the reinforcement bracing across the gore, for example, as well as extra cross-bracing at the point where the strap meets the top of the 'cups', although I feel 'cup' is somewhat of an inadequate word when decribing capacity here! We've used the term 'Whopper Hoppers' quite a few times before. There's also been an effort to keep this Bra somewhat recognisable as feminine lingerie, with some rather pretty lace panelling, and a cute, if rather lost-looking little bow. It is doing its best to fulfil the role of a supportive and unassailable garment, but unfortuntaley the roots of its design are simply inadequate. This is a Traditional Bra, simply pushed way way too far!

Even attaching the hoist will be a challenge, as unlike a Blimp Bra, there are no additional strapping points. And yes, I am sure this is safe. Probably.
