I've made a few tweaks/improvements to this version compared to the Original Sketch, as well as tweaking and adding a bit of additional dialogue! The premise is still very much the same though - perhaps it is possible to be too kind and too caring, especially if the carer has an ulterior motive...
Whilst I mentioned in my original post the fascination with a person eventually gaining so much weight that they could no longer be fully independent, it's also important to remember that passing that responsibility on to somebody else can potentially come with some trade-offs. Whilst our apprehensive gainer fruitlessly wriggles and protests at her ever ballooning size, her nurse seems more enthusiastic about the situation - it's almost as if this was the assignment she was dreaming of! She's clearly hard working, and a dilligent and attentive carer - but since her client is this large already, a little more can't really hurt, can it? You can't be too kind or too caring, after all...
