現在、仕事をしながらチームの準備をしています。

I have started to take the 2nd step toward the RPG project

for several months now desu.

this step is to form the team to prepare for participate in the game creation part desu.

manager-san the extrovert ENFJ type already successfully joined my team to be my right hand to manage people in the crew such as the payment and lead with my policy but due to a lot of differences in common ground, we ended up dealing with a lot of extroverts problems desu.

I want perfection and have high expectations in everything desu.

but people in my crew the extroverts

naturally really care nothing about the quality desu.

These several months that working alongside with manager-san taught me that they only care about the present desu.

they do not care about anything but moneys or live under the rules inside the box desu.

do not get me wrong ne.

I just doing ok with everything until now because I got help from extrovert people in my crew and support here desu. and I am thankful for their extrovert skill desu.

due to the new management and dealing with people in the crew

I just can not say that I will be putting the work on time anymore desu.

I want to study about this and learned more about human natural from them desu.

might be called the 2nd step but I do not plan to risk everything on this yet desu.

someone said to me once that personality changes depending on the situation,

It would be hilarious if I turned into an extrovert because of this desu.

to be honest, I really proud of my INFJ mindset

and really can not say I love the extrovert mindset desu.

if that guy were right if this is necessary for my agenda, I would try to say that I love the extrovert mindset without getting sick desu.

currently, move and add the tools to the room for people in the crew desu.

the work will be delayed a bit ne.

if not make it in time there will be compensation for the late work desu.
