For those wondering what happened; we’d been recording the actors separately and when we put the voices together our original actress didn’t gel as well with the others. Not her fault, I blame myself for not understanding the subtleties of voice casting, but a tough call was made to recast and we’re hyped to have Brina on board!

I can't speak for Vivienne, but as far as LB goes only the very best will do! Which sucks because I really liked the original VA, she was so lovely! Brina is amazing too of course, just wish I'd understood casting better from the start. Lesson leaned the hard way!

2025-04-19 02:31:15 +0000 UTCYou do what you think is best. There are always tradeoffs where someone like you is nice but the tradeoff is some of your work when you are nice isn't as good. But you respect your audience enough that we can tolerate if the quality isn't as strong as others. Example of the opposite is Vivienne, she has a neat style, but she is a terrible person and not as good as a writer. I say this to show tradeoffs are everywhere so if it doesn't meet your standards, it could be worse.
