No Internet
Added 2021-10-18 10:14:26 +0000 UTCFor some kind of reason my cabled Internet just stopped working out of the blue. WiFi has no problems though.
While trying the troubleshooting the error I get, which can't get fixed, is " Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration".
Anyone has any idea on how to fix?
I tried:
- restarting both router and pc;
- reinstalling network adapter and updating drivers;
- messing with power settings as suggested on a guide;
A thing I noticed is that I can't reach the router from my pc using the local address, so it must be a hardware problem at this point?

There should be a reset hole in the router. Stick something thin in it and wait a few seconds. The router will rebot and try again.

2021-10-18 10:28:09 +0000 UTCDoes your router have any lights which are off but marked "LOS"? Could mean ISP down or cable is loose

2021-10-18 10:25:40 +0000 UTCRight click on your internet connection Click on internet settings, then you should be able to get to your ethernet adapter from that page. Right click it and hit properties, then find ipv4, click properties and see if you're set to get a automatic ip or not. I'm trying to remember this by memory. On my phone right now.
