Added 2025-10-15 17:56:49 +0000 UTCAn extremely common theme in my art is bittersweet comfort paintings featuring water/space combinations. I sadly lost many many files in my HD failure of 2012, so the earliest versions and one in particular of the arkalian 'adiago' from 2008 are all gone, but these are the ones I could actually locate on my various HDs. I can't explain it to anyone who doesn't understand, but from birth I was raised on the water and from birth I was raised on 'the stars' in the form of scifi tv and media. No matter how sad or damaged I am at any point in my life, the ultimate comfort of waves and the great abyss is a theme I constantly come back to.
I hope you enjoyed the trip down memory lane. I'm sorry for not posting as much lately, I'm just dealing with a lot and rather than gripe or whine, I have always been the type to draw out my issues.
